Manufactured Landscapes (2006) features the work of internationally renowned artist Edward Burtynsky, whose large-scale photographs of quarries, recycling yards, factories, mines and dams create art from civilization’s materials and debris. The film follows Burtynsky through China, as he shoots the evidence and effects of that country’s massive industrial revolution. This event is generously sponsored by the Koret Foundation.
