One57, the Christian de Portzamparc–designed 90-story skyscraper on Manhattan‘s 57th Street, has just closed its third blockbuster sale.

A 6,240-square-foot unit on the 85th floor went for $55.6 million, the city’s ninth most expensive apartment sale in history reported 6sqft. The sale came just a few weeks after a duplex in the building sold for a record-shattering $100,471,452.77.
