The Architect’s Newspaper’s Manhattan office is available to sublet

The Architect’s Newspaper is offering up its FiDi digs to sublet.

The 2,235-square-foot perch is in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, just around the corner from the Woolworth Building and City Hall, and steps from the World Trade Center. (Needless to say, transit options abound.) The office is located on the top floor of an elevator building, with large windows facing onto Murray Street.

Featuring high ceilings, great overhead lighting, and central air, the space is generously proportioned, with room for 24. The work area is bookended by a glass-enclosed conference room at the entrance and two private offices, private bathrooms, storage closets, and a kitchenette (completed with sink and refrigerator) at the rear. The office is currently fitted with workstations and chairs that can be removed or retained, pending the sublease.

The office is available to sublet ASAP at a reduced rate of $8,500. All inquiries should be directed to mhoffman@archpaper.com.
