NeoCon returned to Chicago’s Merchandise Mart this month with a strong showing of contract furnishings, building products, and industry-specific technologies. The blue-chip fair’s post-COVID-19 reprisal was marked by brands large and small introducing new flexible workstations, colorful finishes, hygienic surfaces, interchangeable systems, and sustainable solutions; which was a major through-line across carpeting, seating solution, and even bespoke luminaire debuts. AN was in town to check in with the country’s leading manufacturers. Here are our highlights.
