Amongst the most prestigious and competitive awards programs for architecture in the United States, the annual AIA Los Angeles Design Awards honors excellence in built work (Design Awards), projects yet to be built (Next LA Awards) and, debuting in 2016, the COTE LA awards.
The program showcases the best of built work located in Los Angeles by Architect, Associate, or Student members, in good standing, of any chapter of the American Institute of Architects and by Los Angeles-based architects located elsewhere.
