The ULI New York Awards for Excellence in Development recognize outstanding development projects in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors across New York State that best exemplify ULI’s commitment to responsible land use and creating sustainable, thriving communities. Projects that reflect best-in-class development will be celebrated in eight categories: office development, housing development, mixed-use development, repositioning or redevelopment, hotel development, institutional development, retail development, and civic space.

The Awards for Excellence are open to ULI members and non-members alike. Applications may be submitted for projects located anywhere within New York State, except for Westchester County which is part of ULI Westchester/Fairfield.

Project Submission Window: September 12 through November 3. Winning projects will be recognized and celebrated by industry leaders at ULI New York’s Awards for Excellence in Development Gala on April 10, 2018 at Gotham Hall, New York City. To learn more about the Awards for Excellence or to apply, please visit http://nygala.uli.org.
