Love good beer and good design? Join Architecture MN at the award-winning Surly Brewing MSP for monthly behind-the-scenes tours led by the brewery’s lead designer, Steven Dwyer, AIA, of HGA Architects and Engineers. Dwyer will take tour-goers through the beer hall, beer garden, restaurant, and event center, as well as the brew house, fermentation cellar, and canning hall. Along the way, he’ll explain everything from the site selection and the overall concept for the design on down to the material considerations for each space.

The hour-long tours are open to the public and will take place at noon on the fourth Sunday of every month, beginning on January 24, 2016. Each tour will be limited to 20 people and begin in the entrance lobby. The cost is $15 per person and comes with a $10 coupon for the beer hall.
