Presented by the Urban Resilience Certificate Program

In three roundtable discussions, PennDesign is bringing together leading practitioners and academics to present resilience projects and initiatives they are pursuing. Discussion will be animated by the following questions:

• How can design have agency in dealing with uncertainty and risk, while helping to build resilience?
• What tools and collaborations do designers need to advance our skills?
• And how can the design school educate the next generation to deal with climate change and other, often related, 21st century challenges?
