Family Programs at the Skyscraper Museum: American Gargoyles

The cover of a book that says "American Gargoyles"

Join Neil Cohen for a special reading of his newly released illustrated book American Gargoyles (about the bickering gargoyles on a once-celebrated but now-forgotten art deco NYC skyscraper who have to find a way to save their home from demolition); the kids will be invited to read along with Neil and afterward, inspired by the book’s characters and photos of gargoyles in the museum, can create their own American Gargoyles coloring books to take home. Cult comedy filmmaker of Chief Zabu (“A comic time capsule with a timeless punch” – Hollywood Reporter), Neil Cohen, from Queens New York, is a writer, illustrator, playwright, journalist, screen and television writer. He lives in Santa Monica and the Hudson Valley. Ages 3-11. RSVP required.
