New York’s Art Deco skyscrapers have striking façades and fanciful spires, but their beauty is on the inside, too! Many Downtown buildings have mosaic masterpieces that display the opulence of the time they were built. Join us during mid-winter break to learn about the design and the history of one of New York’s most famous mosaic interiors, One Wall Street’s Red Room. Then, kids will create their own mosaic masterpieces of colored paper! Children of all ages are welcome. RSVP Required.
Tuesday, February 20, from 10:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
In-person children’s program that meets at the Skyscraper Museum, 39 Battery Place
