The 2nd Annual Net Zero Energy Building Conference (NZEB-C2) is the premier net zero event in Southern California. 150 professionals attended the inaugural 2014 event, and Verdical Group (www.verdicalgroup.com), the conference organizer, expects to double the conference size to 300 attendees in 2015. The half day event will include seven inspiring TED style (www.ted.com) presentations from nationally leading practitioners, exhibitor tables, and high quality networking opportunities. NZEB-C2 presentations will address: the relationship of utilities to net zero goals, Living Building Challenge and Net Zero Energy Building certification, emerging energy efficiency building technologies, as well as case studies of projects that have achieved net zero building performance to understand how this high mark of design and performance was achieved. Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, Utility and Municipal Representatives, and Technology Companies are all encouraged to attend. Three CEU’s will be available for AIA and USGBC credential holders.
