The Finnish Cultural Institute in New York will be feeding the design community with five days of food, design, and thought-provoking conversation at WantedDesign. The Zero Waste Bistro will celebrate circular economy, new material innovations and sustainable design. Chefs from Nolla, the first Nordic zero-waste restaurant in Helsinki, present food that is sourced, packaged and produced to create zero waste. Co-curated by Harri Koskinen and Linda Bergroth, design partners include Finnish Design Shop, Durat, Sulapac, Kotkamills, Artek, Oklin, Kyrö Distillery and Finnair.
