The five incredible residences on this year’s Renovation Innovation Home Tour are all contemporary models for sensitive and sustainable renovation on the east side, ranging from a mid-century home with great bones that just needed a little updating to a home destroyed by a fire that required a near total rebuild. See how local and international firms, including Bestor Architecture, Tom Marble, LA Design Group, and Mexico City-based Productura, approached these challenges to create beautiful, livable spaces spanning Echo Park, Silver Lake, and Los Feliz. All proceeds fund de LaB’s Making LA programming series.
