Join us for a summer tour and see how MSR Design and Aeon (the project lead developer) were able to use the rigorous Living Building Challenge as a framework for sustainable design, and end up with a beautiful project built for less than $160 per square foot. This project includes a solar water-heating system, a dedicated outdoor air system for indoor air quality improvement, a dual cistern whole-site rainwater collection system, a high performance rain screen building envelope, healthy materials and the provision for a future photovoltaic solar farm.
