The Society for Marketing Professional Services New York Chapter (SMPS-NY) is thrilled to present its next annual Principals Breakfast event, “Eat, Sleep, Shop – Building for a Life of Luxury,” on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Mohawk Group (125 West 25th Street 6th floor, New York, New York 10001.)
Over the past year, New York City’s luxury retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries have seen a resurgence in business from local residents and tourists alike. New retail stores, restaurants, and hotels have opened throughout the city, and existing establishments and venues have worked to reinvent themselves and reinvigorate their sales and operations by redesigning their interior and exterior spaces and adding features and amenities to enhance the client experience.
This engaging session, moderated by Will Prince, Creative Director at Gensler, will feature a panel discussion on the current and future state of these three luxury industries, not just from a real estate viewpoint but also from an architectural/design perspective. The panel will include Adriana Marianella, principal at Mara Partners; David Morton, the founder and owner of DMK Restaurants; Heather Maloney, vice president of design at Standard International Management (SIM); and Andrew Steiker-Epstein, CDO Brokerage President at Charney Companies.
